A South Sea pearl, which measures 13.5mm, is surrounded by round and baguette-cut diamonds with an estimated total weight of 1.20 carats. Handmade wirework supports the diamonds on the 3.75mm satin finished ring shank. The ring is currently finger size 6; it may be sized up or down by at least two sizes.
