This sweet ring holds a heart-shaped natural ruby which weighs 1.06 carats. It is encased in a bezel of 18K gold, and flanked by diamonds bead-set in 18K white gold. The ring shank measures about ¼” wide; the top is about 3/8” across. This ring is a finger size 5 ¾; there is some adjustability in size by about one-half size up or down.
