The lapis cabochon in this ring is cut in a high, narrow dome for a distinctive look. It is set in a rope-motif design sprinkled with 18 single-cut diamonds. The lapis measures about ¾” in length. The setting is of 18K gold, and is made for a size 8 finger. It may be sized up or down by two sizes.
