The gray-blue star sapphire in this ring was badly abraded when we received it; we had it polished to reveal the distinctive six-rayed star within. We estimate the sapphire to weigh 11 carats; it is accented by square and round flush-set diamonds. The 14K white gold ring is made for a finger size 7 ¼; it may be sized up or down by at least one size.
