Handmade in the 1940’s in Thailand, this unique pendant features a center, round star sapphire cabochon (3.00 carats) that is surrounded by seven full-cut diamonds (est. 0.28 total carat weight). The cluster continues with seven medium size star sapphires (estimated 10.50 total carat weight) and seven smaller, darker blue star sapphires (1.25 total carat weight) nestled in between. The overall diameter is 25 mm. The piece is 14k yellow gold with a diamond-set bezel. Chain is not included.
