Complimentary Shipping on U.S. orders over $1,000.

Please allow 3-4 days for us to process the order and prepare it for shipment. Once the order is ready, we will send it via secure overnight delivery via FedEx or UPS.

Upon arrival at their destination, all orders require a signature before they will be delivered. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday–Friday will ship the next business day. Saturday delivery is available in select areas.

Gleim the Jeweler ships only within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days when in saleable condition and accompanied by all the original packaging as well as any additional materials sent.

Non-returnable items: Engraved or altered jewelry.

Complimentary return shipping: Contact us for a complimentary FedEx or UPS shipping label.

If you prefer to return / exchange the items in person, please visit either our Stanford Shopping Center or Los Altos locations. Refunds are issued to the original purchaser and gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit or exchange.
