This unusual piece features a carved cameo inside a leafy frame of 14K gold. It is accented with 37 diamonds with an estimated total weight of .80 carats. Although there is a pin stem on the back, for some reason it is oriented in the wrong direction. It’s possible that this piece originally had something else, with a horizontal orientation, in the center. However, there is a pendant loop at the top allowing this to be worn as a necklace. It measures about 1 ½†In overall length. Â
